Returns policy: we will replace or refund faulty or damaged goods providing you inform us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact customer services – 09 574 3356 – or email info@ceresbooks.co.nz. please note that cds are non-returnable. Return of goods is the customer’s responsibility. Replacements are despatched freight free.
